Lets talk swimbaits

Alright, I got a swimbait combo about the time the water froze last year and want to get into swimbaitin this year. Right now Ive got some basic baits like ROF0 and ROF12 8in hudds, ROF5 and ROF12 6in Hudds, Mattlures baby bass, King Kong, and a few others. To throw them Ive got a 7'11" Crucial 1oz-5oz with a Cardiff 300. The rod does well enough with everything from the big hudds to the little bass although Ive got another combo that works slightly better as its rated 1/2-2oz.

My questions are: where do you all use them as in structure and how do you fish particular types of baits? Thanks fellas.
