okay the water is very clear i can catch some little ones about 1 pound but never any big ones the pond has moss all the way around it about 10 ft out what do i do? help!!

i am just fishing from the bank it is probally 10 foot at  the edge of the grass i have fished finese worms and a spinerbait thats it!!
