My brother and I are planning to accomplish the B.A.S.S. Slam this year.  We live in Rochester, NY, both are working class guys so we want to try and accomplish this on a very tight budget.  We are looking for advice from the group.  Were to go?  How to save money?  Best baits? and so on....

We are looking to catch the following:

Northern Large Mouth

Small mouth

Spotted

Red Eye

Suwanee

Florida Large Mouth

Guadalupe

Shoal

Any help would be appreciated.

You can knock out spots, northerns, and smallie's on the TN river especially at Pickwick. Coosa River may be a good spot to knock out the rest. Idk if it has Guadalupe tho.

There was a recent article in a mag couple months back on the SLAM it was prerry decent when I fond it i will put up a link for ya. It can be kinda expensive but best of luck i would love to try it myself oneday.
