Hi all, I'm new here and just wanted to check in.

I live in Westport Connecticut. I did alot of fishing (salt and fresh) as a kid. Lost contact with the sport as I got older and life got more complicated.

About 5 years ago my son (then 7) asked to go fishing and I've gotten back into pretty heavily.

I enjoy all sorts of fishing but have really been most preoccupied with LMB.

Best day of LMB fishing to date was last year in Florida everglades when my son (now 12) caught an 8 1/2 pounder on a minow
