was just wondering if anyone has done any good with the jackall flick shake worm and the wacky rig jig heads....i found a cool tackle shop the other day in abington that had em and picked some up to try...any tips would be awesome...

I have used both and caught fish. The plastic is not at all durable though. One worm will not last more then one fish. That said I would say they are overpriced.

they are def overpriced....5 bucks for 8 worms...haha....the jig heads are rediculous too...just wanted to try them...im sure there are some cheaper alternatives...if anyone know of any let us know

I had my best day of the year so far on the 4.8" Flick Shake last Saturday. I caught 18 bass in about one and a half hours, and only used three worms. The plastic is soft, but they hold up to a lot of fish as long as the bass doesn't throw the worm while jumping. Use the lightest jighead you can get away with.

The jig head can also be used with senko style baits, same basic concept, if you want the fall rate of your senko to increase.

they rae deadly when there is alot of pressure. i caught a nice 2 pounder on one last saturday and the worm held up great. the best tip for the worms is do not over work them. just the slightest twitch of the rod tip and the worm really shakes. just drag or bounce the bait down the bank and pause it at times. if you can find them use the jig heads with the weed guard. i have had better luck in the 4.8 inch size in watermelon pepper.

I too like the flick shake. I've done fairly well with them focusing on docks so far this year.

Have not tried that exact jig and worm, but have wacky jigged finesse worms, soft stick baits, zoom trick worms, and several others and it is a good presentation.  Light jigs work the best, but is tough to fish on windy days and choppy water.

yep thats the place...one of the most complete smaller tackle shops i have been in...i would rather go their than bass pro because they have all the hard to get/ hard to find stuff...they even have the bass trix swim baits...great place!!

going to norman this weekend....ima give them a shot down there...and about the drop shot idea...thats mainly why i bought them but wanted to try the jigheads... thanks for the tips!!

I looked on ebay at a pic of the Flick Shake.  I have no problem paying $20 for a megabass crank, or 18 for a good LC... But to pay $16 for a normal looking jighead and what amounts to a slightly fatter zoom finesse worm is a little over the top.  I'll be throwing it walmart-style this weekend.  Bag a jigheads $1.19, bag of finesse worms $3.79, and $11 extra bucks in my pocket.
