cranks and smallies

Featured Replies

Heck yes they will! My fav is a Bandit 200 in a crawfish pattern.

I think the better question is which one won't work?

I like Storm Mid and Subwarts, and Rapala DT-4s

My buddy swears by the Shad Rap, SR-5.

Pick one that is going to suit the depths your going to be fishing. Since your wading, shallow to mid-depth running cranks will be your best bets.

Rebel Crawfish. They will hit them all day long. Also, small Rat-L-Traps.

for some reason i dont have it in me to throw cranks. it feels too un natural to me.. thanks for the adivce, i'm going to try it next time i'm out.. i have one that is 6-13 feet that should suffice.

also, i have a sinker, and i put it in about 3' of water and it sunk REAL quick, but didnt feel heavy at all. i bought it when i was just trying to fill my box, what is the purpose of this one? its lipless, obviously.
