I keep seeing this at different places and I was wondering what it meant.

    Does it mean that the bait has 2 colors?

    Does it mean the color of the bait looks more natural and blended in better than "regular" colored baits?

    I have no idea please help me!!!!!!

Hey DockMaster, Laminates are 2 color, 3 color and 4 color plastic shot into one soft plastic bait....The most often used is 2 color because along with the flake colors that are often involved, the 2 colors of plastic along with the different flakes add a good variety of color and provide a nice look.

There are also tail shots or head shots which require gates to be designed into the mold which provide a separate color opportunity for each.
