Has anyone seen or used this stuff yet? I saw it in one of my father's saltwater mags.Trying to figure out how it works, do you just stick the other in in the middle of it?

Seems pretty simple, I might have to try it out.

Just watched a video on how to splice flouro into hollow ace. You need to use 40-60# flouro for 60#H.A. It is not really simple and is not very practical for bass fishing.
