How do I get rid of the ads on the right of the screen? They're covering up part of the posts, and there is no X to close them.

It may be because you have your screen/font settings too big. Plus the site needs the advertisements to stay free.

I know why they're there, but they are making it impossible to read the posts. It's only happening on my work computer. How do I adjust the screen/font settings?

I just use the pinching gesture on my mac. Is there zoom in or out under the view menu? I don't know which browser you are using.

Change your screen resolution to something bigger than what you have it at (most likely it's 800x600)

Are you holding the - key or tapping it? I should move in increments if you just tap it. So you can get it where you like.
