im looking into picking up a swim jig rod and have my choices between the

Powell: Powell Swim Jig Rod

Or the Falcon Cara : Falcon Swim Jig Rod

Anybody have experience with either one? Preference? or have any other recommendations?

Between these two, price is not an issue since there is only a $10 difference.

Its going to be paired with a Curado 51e

    I have used the Falcon Cara T7 Swim Jig Rod but I have not used the Powell rod. The Falcon is a nice rod but I have found a nicer rod and that is the Shimano Cumara CUCX72MH. It casts better and it is more sensitive and to me is just an all around better rod in my opinion.

    The CUC72MH is also a great swimjig rod. I caught a couple nice fish today including a five on it, great rod.
