I'll be going down in the middle of May for some bass fishing. I've never been there before. what do you guys think of it????? any tips/suggestions?

Ah, gees not sure. I know there is a really good Mom and Pop tackle store there that could help you. Well, it is still there. I fished the Jackson a lot for trout until the Kings land grant issue. Let me know and I will see about tracking down the name and location of that store for you.
