How Many Rods

Featured Replies

I'm gong to be fishing in Norther Wisconsin this summer on my annual trip. I want to use a slip-float rig with a 5" leech under it. Can I legally fish this rig while I'm using a spinning rod with a tube?

Yes, you can. And if you wanted, you could even fish one more rod on top of that! 3 rods/lines/presentations a person here in WI

Thank you so very much, I appreciate the response and I'm looking forward to the trip

That's more lenient than here in Arizona where you may only use 2 rods at a time, and there is an additional fee for the "two pole stamp" on your license. I put out a line for either channel or flathead catfish while I cast for bass, stripers, or bluegills.
