Has anybody tried these yet? Picked up a pack of 5" at Gander Mtn. Tried it once, but didn't have the action I thought it would have. Then something took the tail off it, so that pretty much rendered

it useless. I was afraid maybe short biters or blues might be able to rip the tails off them easily.

Only had the opportunity to try one so far but I'll give the rest of the pack a go.

try using it as a trailer with a jig for flipping or try swimming it

I hear it makes a nice trailer for a chatterbait
