Bps Rewards Program Transfer Of Points

Featured Replies

  • Super User

I received an email from BPS telling me that I received $10 in points on my BPS Rewards account.

So I visited the BPS in Ashland, Viginia and discussed the coupon with their customer service people and they confirmed that I did have the points in my account.

Today, I had a meeting in Norfolk, Virginia and decided to ask the BPS customer service people at this store to check to make sure I received the $10 in points and to find out my balance.

The young man was outstanding! He looked up my account; told me there was a problem; and he was going to fix it for me.

The problem? When we received our new BPS Rewards VISA card in March BPS failed to transfer the points from the expiring card onto the new card.

So what were we talking about? Baby furniture for my grandson and my wife's dental work. Over 17,000 points which equal over $300.

The customer service manager and the young man transfered the balance to the current account and thsi evening I called the Rewards customer assitance line and the lady confirmed that I do have over $300 in my account.

Heading to BPS after the Bon Air Days Historical Parade with our LSU Mardi Gras Float along with the Bait Monkey this Saturday to purchase a new Power-Rise pedestal seat and a yellow Skeet Reese heavy rod to go with my purple and gold Ardent LSU reel.

Moral to story??? If you receive a renewal Rewards card or Rewards VISA card be sure to have the points from the current card transferred to your new card.
