Senko Shad Worm

I didnt see this in the sticky above or maybe i just missed it, but what is the best way to fish these. I picked some up over the weekend but didnt try them out just yet. They feel lighter then the regular senko worms, so just wondering if you guys use weights if texas riggin.

Also just curious im new with the senkos, and are these baits good to fish all year long.  Thanks
