My son and I had a great trip to Spirit Lake. The bass were active and the Walleye were willing. Spirit Lake is slowly becoming my favorite lake. The Bass were chunky footballs that obliged with lots of fight!

Nice. Boji has been really hot this year. I know of at least three tournaments that have taken 25 to win, in the two I've fished winning weights were shy of 15 and we won with 24-9 with a 6-12 kicker.

The smallies have been really, really tough on Boji, but have been nuts on Spirit. I know of at least 5 7+lb fish that have come since the week before Memorial Day.

My partner notched a 15lb pike on a Vision 110, and I popped a 49" muskie on a Northstar Spinnerbait, too. Boji has been good to us this year.
