Been fishing over at Wallum Lake the last few days .... been catching a good bunch of SMB's .... mostly small guys but a few good ones mixed in. Been catching them on both the east and west side mostly on watermellon and blk spotted Zoom Fat Albert curly tail grub. Today I brought my 7 month old Boxer out for his first day on the boat and fishing.... seemed to have a good time trying to get a lick on the fish when they come out. He eats everything in sight ... i.e. decks, furniture, ect so made sense he would try to get at the fish also. Nice lake over there... good ramp, plenty of parking, fishing is usually good, water clean and some sandy spots to swim a little. Best to go in the morning as the pleasure craft start showing up around 11 - 12.
