Making A camping trip with the family in 2 weeks at a place called fish hook park on the snake river but have never fished above Ice Harbor Dam. Wondering if any one could give me an idea on how the fishing is around this stretch of the river. Igot some kids I would like to take out but do not want to diappoint them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have any advice for you, but I'd love to hear how it goes. I've been wanting to head up there and try that stretch of water out.
