Testing Pond Water For Bass Fishing

Featured Replies

Hey guys....got a quick question.

Will DHEC or DNR come test my 8 acre pond's water and make recomendations to improve the Bass and other gamefish population? I've heard some state agency will come test the water but not sure if it's DHEC or DNR. A neighbor told me one of them came years ago and tested the water and said the pond water was fine and it was over populated with fish. Best of all the evaluation was free according to my neighbor. I'd like to get them to redo the test but he can't remember what agency did the test. My goal is to improve the bass habitat.

Any ideas who to call? Thanks for the advise guys!

:D

call one and ask, if its not them that tested the water then call the other one...
