Spent almost 3 hours at Mercer yesterday afternoon and managed to land 13 bass. Biggest was just over 12" with the four smallest at 8", everything else was in-between. Fish were easy to catch as they were under schools of baitfish that were all over the lake. Just had to wait till a bass busted up a school and throw an *** (4" unweighted or 5" weighted) into the school and just about every cast brought up a fish. It was a BLAST!!

Nice, l had a great morning yesterday at a lake not far from Mercer. Caught alot of my bass on Horny Toads fished in and around the lilly pads in the first couple hours of daylight. A great day to fish even though the bite shut off at 9 AM.
