Fish Finder

I am soon going to be in the market for another fish finder. What exactly do I need to look for in a fish finder? Do I need a Color display? Does anyone have a favorite Model? I'd like to get one for around $200 & may try to find a good deal on one this winter but I need to know what to look for.

I really like my Hummingbird Fishin' Buddy 120. http://store.humminbird.com/products/271365/120_Fishin%27_Buddy

The "side looking" feature is actually pretty cool. I paid under $200 for mine including tax at Bass Pro.

Not a full featured high end unit but it fills the bill perfectly for me.
