Was able to get out yesterday for a a few hours and ran just about everywhere, flats, water control structures, canal (deep and shallow) and cuts, very little luck about 4 dinks but no real established pattern, so with about 30 minutes to go before sunset I tried a wind blown bank on a gut feeling and caught these two beauties and 5lber, so my trip turned out pretty good, as Mike says "Never give up."

Beautiful colors on those two slabs. I don't know how many times I was ready to give up and then I tell myself "a few more casts over here" and it pays off with a nice bass. You slayed two. Well done.

Almost finished with the Powerpole, Jackplate, Fortex, and powder coating of yellow part to black. The Ranger is still slaying them though!
