I am going to be fishing the BFL tourney on the Detroit River this upcoming summer as a co-angler. This will be my first time fishing a tournament. (just reached the age requirement of 16 or older) I plan on fishing the river up until the tournament and was wondering what works and what doesn't in general. I've heard tubes and dropshots are good and I assume it's mainly all smallmouth bass.(Never caught one before since it is all LMB in my local lakes)
