Culprit

Featured Replies

Got one hell of a deal at my local Kmart, They had a bucket that said additional 60% off with Culprit ribbontail worms in it. Although it didn't say what the original price was. I went to the counter with a pack and they rang up for 25 cents, so I went back and bought the last 6 packs that were 18 per pack. They only had two colors, grape red tail and tomatoe. The tomatoe is an intresting color, it has a transparent chartruse outer skin with silver and black flakes with an orangeish redish inner body. No matter the color you can't beat the price.

Anyone use Culprit worms, and how do they compare to other brands? I have always used Zoom or Yum worms.

Wow, you stole em! Nice buy. I personally love the culprit worms, they are always one of my go-to worms. I use both culprit 7.5" and 10" worms and ragetail anacondas/thumpers. They all work great!

^^X2! I love Culprit worms, but they're gettin' hard to find locally.

A quarter a pack is not a good deal, it's THEFT!

Cuplrit worms are awesome.

I use the 7.5" original in red shad.

X2!!!!! Nobody does red shad like Culprit!!! I have a few different brands of ribbon tail worms but for the red shad color I only use culprit, just something about that color that works.

I've always thought that the Culprit color - tomato - was an interesting color. Over the years, I've tried that color over a dozen times and I never could get any fish interested in it. At the time I was fishing farm ponds and small conservation lakes in the mid-mo area. The small conservation lakes had the reputation of being pounded pretty heavy. The farm ponds were relatively private, a pristine environment. I couldn't get bit in either of those environments using that color of Culprit worm. I hope it works where you live.

I tested them last night in the fish tank. They have a lot better action than the Yum worm that I used to compare it to, I think its because the Culprit has less salt in it. Can't wait to try it out. I hope he tomatoe color works better for me, it won't because of lack of effort. :fishing2:
