Fly fishing for bass has been a bit of a hot topic lately here,
So what are your favorite bass fishing flies?

Personally i like,
white bream poopers and clouser minnows
Scholars have long known that fishing eventually turns men into philosophers.  Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to buy decent tackle on a philosopher's salary.

I'm pretty user I've never fished a white bream pooper.

Check out the bass fly selection at flyshack. good variety, excellent prices and fast free shipping.

I typicly use some sort of popper. A white one works here when mayflies are hatching. I sometimes use a small green one when small frogs are present. I don't fly fish as much as i used too, but those are my favorite.

easy, I tie lots of these. I do brown and green as well as the brown and orange. They are weighted and I tie them both fat and thin to change the fall rate.

Killer. Especially on smallmouth.

Autumn Splendor is my favorite. It's a wooly bugger with legs if you are not familiar . . .

I really like spun deer hair frogs, expecially the ones with the reinforced flat face, big poppers I suppose. I rarely fly fish, but its a good time when I do

I tie my own. I'll put it on the sage with my Orvis Mach reel.
