i use a 7-0ft mh fenwick venture for flipping jigs and plastics best rod i ever used for that got great feel and amazing back bone. i can pull fish out off thick weeds to trees.

i use watermelon black flake waggy rigged on a #1 finnese wide gap gamagtsu hook never had a problem hooking up or anything.

depends on what lake if im at home at crystal clear long lake like my avatar pic i can catch 3-4 per hour all keepers on senkos but if i go to a resevoir and am flipping alot of stuff probably 1 per hour not always a keeper. but i can usually catch a 5 bass limit of keepers anywhere.

id ont know how i am supposed to fish deep from the shore unless i wade out a little bit. but ya i will let you all know how i do.

i like to use a black and blue jig with a matching 3x strike king jig trailer or a spro frog. also a 6 inch power worm

i had to leave my boat back home in michigan but i am going to be shore fishing elephant butte starting tomorrow till satruday what do you guys think would be best for fishing from the shore in august its pretty hot. i was thinking the evening and mornings using topwater then trying someflipping maybe idk if thats possible from shore but any help would be great.

bassmaster and flw outdoors plus the guy i used to fish against in small tournaments in michigan is on the cover of flw this month kevin vida. he started the clare bass tournaments before he became pro but still fished it in the summer i got the chance to fish against him last summer it was awesome. great smallie fisherman

just wondering i want to fish some weekend tourneys i am stationed at holloman afb thanks. really want to get back into the tournaments havent been able to since i have lived here.

fish i caught when i went on leave before i went to my first base.200acre long lake in michigan..lake is very clear alot of docks and weed beds in the middle of the lake..also around points that dropoff. the weeds were 7 ft deep the fish were caught on strike king spit n king on a Medium bait casting combo 14lb line. hopefully the pictures post this time. also my wife with one fish. she caught more. but doesnt want me to post them.she says she looks bad ohwell i siad so i did post one of them.

200 acre long lake michigan..clearest lake arouind its got alot of weed beds and all the fish that i caught were on strike king spit n king topwater on a 6-6 mh baitcasting combo. on points or over 7 foot weedbeds and a couple good cat fish. caught in a river down the road. My brother Chris and his two beasts... Long Lake My Catfish...and long hair...the Air Force took that away Bluegill at Long Lake

has anyone played this game yet i bought it . it looks great you can build your own lakes and fish them in tournaments and build your own cities and it looks awesome ,but the problem is when i try to play it ,it keeps screwing up. anyone else have this game and had this problem. j/w
