    Summertime in the south is tough fishing, but if you stick tight to cover and get your bait in the water very gently, you'll do ok.I Caught a nice 3 lb Bass late this morning when it was pretty hot, on a 4" watermelon power hawg.Compact creaturebaits or jig n' pigs are working pretty well for me lately, while nothing else seems to draw much interest.
