use a wine bottle cork to arrange your hooks. Protects the tips from rust, and you can write the size on the bottom of the cork. Wish I could take credit for this, but it came out of a mag...

I can vouch for this! I use a mister Keeper hook (has a separate "spike" to hold the worm), and fish it weightless right on the edges. By rigging it backwards, it glides under the mat...deadly!
