Hello all... I have been out of fishing for about 5 years due to health issues. Slowly getting back into it. There was a sponsor on the boards who made great plastic baits? Father son?? Does anyone recall the name??- Shimano reels with no anti-reverse???
It is on the bottom!! Thanks for the video. The eyes are the first thing to go!- Shimano reels with no anti-reverse???
Catana 2500 HG- Shimano reels with no anti-reverse???
The handle spins backwards and forwards so I am assuming there is no AR . If you're looking to back reel this is your reel.- Shimano reels with no anti-reverse???
The Catana reel I looked at today had no anti-reverse feature at all and as you said no switch.- Shimano reels with no anti-reverse???
So the mechanism is still there?- Shimano reels with no anti-reverse???
What is the purpose of Shimano removing the anti-reverse feature from their reels??- Been bass fishing 3 years. Not a single bass. Looking for some help from northwest indiana
The secret is that it must fall on a slack line. Also fish it slow. Sometimes they grab it on the fall but they will also take it after it hits bottom. When you see your line moving or feel that twitch....ser the hook.- Old school Shimano stradics
The spool says 8lb 10lb 12lb line approximates. I thought they were a bit big as well but very sturdy.- Been bass fishing 3 years. Not a single bass. Looking for some help from northwest indiana
Very simple....bass need cover. Put a Senko on the hook and throw it to and around cover. ( grass, trees, docks etc.) Important: the Senko has to fall on slack line for optimum fish catches. Good luck!!!- Doc Waters plastic baits
Hello all... Does anyone know if Doc Waters baits are still available? I have been out of the fishing game for several years and just started getting back into it. Thanks in advance...- R.I. rod maker/repair
Thank you.. - Sponsor on BR a while back...
