  1. I am the pres of a 50 member club in AR. We do it diff every year, this year me and the weighmaster decided. Last year we had a meeting the weekend before and let everyone who qualified put a lake in and draw to the last one and thats where we went. The year before we everyone who qualified voted down to 5 lakes and we drew from there. There are alot of ways you can do it. I know pre me the club here had a bad experiance on a classic where the pres decided the morning of and they went to 3 places before they could launch because of low water.
  2. I have a tourny coming up on a old river run in South Arkansas, I always seem to have problems locating fish in these type of lakes. Heres the info- The river still produces current in the lake. It is going to be about 4 ft low and falling 1/2 ft a day, the water color is going to be staided. Cover includes a few floating docks and most of the Cypress trees will be out of the water. Water comes in the North end through a bayou and back out the south . The lake is about 10 miles long and about 1/4 mile wide, deepest water in it will be about 18 ft. Largemouth and Spots. If any of you guys can help me out I would greatly appreciate it. It will only take about 10 lbs. Just trying to figure it out. It's hard to beat some of these guys when they have been fishing there for 20 yrs! Help Please :-/
