well if its working for you i would stick to weightless I am like you my home lake has alot of weeds at the bottom so i use wieghtless worms to stay out of the weeds

i think u mean hybrids not shads but very nice lookign hybrids red i caught me some nice ones the other day too

well i have never caught an 8 pounder either but i would imagine if a fish is bigger then it will fight harder jus common since

in muddy water i seem to have the best luck with baits that are bright and or loud like a 4 inch white grub with a rattle insert

well i dno how far away dale hollow lake is from you but last spring me and my dad took a trip there and we nailed the smallies One of the best fishing expirinces i have ever had If im not mistaken the world record smallie was taken from that lake

just rig on a senko and you can catch them all jk but i think the shocking thign would be the best thing to do it doesnt harm the fish At my local lake they did tis to clear out the flatheads ( they were eating the bass) and a 63 pound flathead surfaced! They couldnt get it in the boat so its still in there

yea I have been catchign stripers not hybrids out of the ohio river near the cannelton dam Im catchign them on 6 inch white flukes mainly not huge ones but 3-4 pounders about the size that are in your pictures cept they are stripes Im thinking about rigging on sum live skipjack and going for the big ones thanx for the info

well my aunt and uncle have a house boat on that lake its in theholmes bend marina Well we take his bass boat out alot and we have alot of succes with white swimbais and white flukes everytime i fish there i use these baits and they produce well so i dont fix whats not broken There are also sum big crappies in this lake I caught a 16 inch crappie there last summer on a 2 inch black tube

between a hybrid striper and a regualr striper i have seen pics of both and they look similar jus wondering cus i have been catching wut i tthot to be stripers but maybe hybrids

I dissagree a younger person (14) and I think most of up have enough sense to not meet a random person alone in a remote area Then again there are some younger kids now getting full acesss in the internet on myspace at 10 years of age. So i actually agree with you :-? if u jus make your account private and dont put on ur adress then i dont see the harm in it? welll i fish the ohio river regualrly the part i fish is near a lock so the current is usually swift My favorite rig I tye on 2 snag proof jig heads( rock bottom) i like them to be about a foot apart then i put a 6 inch white swimbait on the top one and a 3-4 inch twin tailed white grub on the other I use white becus the water is muddy and it seems to work the best for me I like to cast up stream and let the current take it downstream as my bait falls then i jus bring my bait back to me seems like i get alot of my hits when im letting my bait flow downstream and while its dropping I dno if this if what works for you guys but its worked for me for awhile

i would try bassproshop.com but u can usually find senokos of every variety at just about any bait shop or something just liek a senko jus a different name

first thing i do after a hard lifitng session is take a protein shake called muscle milk this stuff works it haelps develop your muscles more and it helps them rebuild so you can lift jus as hard the next day then of course i eat a good supper and drink plenty of water good luck

i was fishing near the cannelton lock and dam today and i was catching 3+ stripers left and right and question is i have a kentucky fishing licesne and i have been told that a ky license is good for the indiana side of the ohio but a guy at the bait shop said it wasent do i need a id license or is my ky one good for that side as well?
