I haven't posted much on here lately, been slammed at work. Finally got around to do some fishing today. Started out early fishing small swim-baits and soft plastics, and I couldn't get a bite to save my life. Finally switched up to a lipless crankbait and BAM!!!! 72 fish in 5 hours of fishing. The 3 Big fish of the day went 7lbs 3oz, 5lbs 8oz, 4lbs 6oz, but the average size was around 2-3lbs. Feels great to get out and catch them.

This is beyond ridiculous.... Its in our blood to hunt and kill creatures whether for food or sport. This type of crap is insane. Was the 45" Pike able to take the stand and tell his side of the story before a jury? ;D ;D ;D

Something is defective on that particular reel. The Curado 200E7 is comparable in every way to the highest priced Shimanos. At the pricing point, I thnk it is the best reel on the market. Unfortunately, you have a dud. I used to feel the same way. Until I purcahsed a Shimano Core 50mg. I own 3 Shimano Curado E7s and 1 Curado E5. While I will agree for the price point they are the best reel on the market. They are by far NOT comparable in every way to the highest priced Shimanos. ;D ;D

I definitely think we make fishing to complicated.Many people put more time into finding the right BAIT, as opposed to finding the BASS.

Well a few weeks ago I purchased a new 1542 Tracker. I finally got a chance to take it out this weekend with my brother and a buddy. The wind was nasty out of the south at about 20-25mph. We had some trouble at first finding them, but once we did, we landed 10 in about 30minutes for a total of 35lbs. Overall was an awesome trip, the boat far exceeded my expectations as far as stability goes.

I have noticed this lately as well. It does seem like some people just love to Bicker on every single thread that pops up. Normally by Spring time everyone is out catching bass and everyone's friendly again.

I cant watch that, its too funny!! I'm here at work laughing out loud and people are looking at me like I'm crazy. ;D

I see this as a good thing. Less competition for the Big girls.
