Hawg Bass Assassin

Ok, As of right now. It is in SouthWestern Oklahoma... not SE OK,I never said SE OK. The Little town of Medicine Park. The City Of Lawton wich has the water treatment plant, maybe 100 yard's from my house. They have had a leak of chlorine from 1 of their tanks since sometime last week. The fish are dead & they acpect all the shellfish to die as well. Only in certain part's of the creek :. Since this morning 2-3 New's crews have showed up & filmed this Creek. Two of wich,I know are channel 7 & channel 3. Last nite on the 10 O' clock news on channel 7..they were report'n on it. They had video of dead fish & the Maior of the town of Medicine Park in a interview. I seen the inmate's... scope'n up the dead fish from the creek this morning. Mostly Rainbow Trout. Last,I hade heared they say the water in the creek where i catch my bass is ok.They said they took water samples of it for chlorine. This is all,I know as of now. H.B.A.

Redtop~ What? I live about 100 yard's from the water treatment plant here in Medicine Park! Noone is dead from the leaking water tank :. Nothing is closed off / or no access to the creek either. No hazmat team is on location here. H.B.A.

I grew up around these 2 Lake's & caught some monster bass out of both. Haven't been back in my home town now in 8 years, to fish either 1 of these Hawg Bass Produsing Lakes. Just wanted to know, If they were still kick'n out Monster Bass? H.B.A.

Just watch'ed the 10 '0 clock news... The water tank is no longer drain'n into the creek. Still all the fish are dead & they apect all the shellfish to die too. They..The City of Lawton will meet tomarrow to disuss the issue with the City of Medicine Park. I sure hope they re-stock the creek & get it back to normal again very soon.

So far nothing from the 'City of Lawton' has been done to my knowledge. A toxic creek now...Might find out tomarrow more about what the city will do or not do :. Just make's me >. That creek has had a lot of 10 pound bass swimming around in it. I have been fortunate anuff to catch 6 Bass from 10 lb - 14.2 lb from that creek. H.B.A.

On my way home from work today,I noticed dead fish in the creek. Their were... Bass,Catfish,Trout,Blugill,Gar & Carp all over. Seen some hugh fish, all belly up. Found out from my wife, that the city hade a Chlorine leak > Now Med.Creek is all dead of fish > > >. Who know's when fish will thrive & swim again in the creek,I loved to fish so much. Looks like, I got to fish the wildlife refuge for Trophy Bass :. H.B.A.

Dang...Never have, I seen so many P.I.'s. Well,The T-Shirt & Blue Jean's, Are my favorite one's to wear fishing... They bring me good luck. As far as the weather... It's been cold & hot as hell over night. Place's around here look like full Spring time then turn around & on otherside of road look like winter dead. Redlinerobert~ I had them both in a 120 quart cooler. It was just after 3:30 p.m. / When, I started fishing the creek. Get's dark here around 6:00 something p.m. H.B.A.

LCpointerKILLA~Both bass were alive and well buddy. I hade them both in a 120 quart cooler for about 20 minute's max. I don't keep Hawg's...Just take pic's & weight them & away they go back into the water. Some of bass in the creek are dark while other look pale white. That is why the 1 looks dead..I agree after re look'n at the pic. H.B.A.

hawg caller~ man it go's from 20-40 & then 40-70 degrees. Things are both dead & alive around here...you go but 1 mile down the road & the trees & grass are dead.Then go a mile up the road and things are alive. Been a weird fall & early winter around here. I took a break from duck'n for a day. Went on down to my little honey hole to try out something new. A Strike King Iguana...Color: Motor Oil. The water temp has been in the high 40's. I just fished this bait texas style & very very slow. Well it produced two HAWG BASS for me. 8-) 8-) [1] 11lb 5 oz & [1] 12lb 9oz... HAWG's ;) I now have [6] Hawg Bass over 10 lb's from this creek bed. Here are the pic's... 1st one is the 11 lb 5oz & then the 12lb 9oz. H.B.A.
