Does anyone know where you can buy the naked jig heads they sold? The company was sold to Case Plastics but they don't sell the jig heads.
  3. Been using Bagley Balsa b's since the 70's square billed still catching fish on them.I was wondering did KVD swap out the hooks for red ones, another joke.
  4. This post is great.I also started fishing in 1956.My dad and uncle took my brother and me fishing in the same area where they fished as kids.Caught my first a smallmouth, looked to be about 5lbs.probably was 10inches.My dad brought us rods and reels at a farmers market.Ever hear of Ocean City reels? One more thing,I am still using the Bagley B'S I bought in the 70s.
  5. Sorry,epfr.net old age setting in.
  6. Go to EPFR.COM you will find a lot of info on the river. Can't get up past cromby with my boat.
  7. The Bux-Mont Bassmasters will be there. We will have a table set up and will be conducting a Casting Kids competition.Stop by we are always looking for new members.
  8. The Upper Bay is a great fishing area. The Northeast,Bohemian, and the Sassafras rivers just to name a few are good places to start. The water will not bother your boat. The Delaware river north of Wilmington all the way up to Trenton N.J. All are tidal waters, go to Saltwatertides.com to find the tide changes.Good luck.
  9. Does anyone on this site use them? If so, where are some of the best sites to purchase them?
  10. Thanks Shawn,Nice bass!
  11. Going down to the river in October was wondering if anyone has fished there lately. How has the bite been?
  12. Our club decided back in the winter that our tournaments would stay within an hour and a half drive one way.Only one a month not that bad when you split the cost.As for just fishing locally I have two rivers and a lake close by the price won't stop me from doing what I enjoy.
  13. I use a stabilizer every time I fill up.was told to do that many years ago by a mercury outboard tech.
  14. I live in Phoenixville in SE.PA.will be fishing a club warm up tourny this Sunday on the Schuykill river at Norristown. Will post how the tourny went next week.
