  1. Contacted Reaction Strike today and they promptly offered to replace my defective bait with a new one. This company seems willing to stand behind their product. I can't complain about that.
  2. I purchased a Reaction Strike Revolution Shad swimbait at the Classic. Used it for the first time yesterday and on about my fifth cast the tail section flew off. It had a very nice action for four casts. What is everyone's opinion of the build quality of this company and, most importantly, how well do they stand behind their product? By this I mean replacing defective items.
  3. Hey Bossier, I live in West Monroe.
  4. kayl I tie one on to a 10' B&M Crappie Rod and feed enough line to reach bottom at the depth I am fishing ( here in Louisiana this time of year this usually 6' to 8'). Position on the inside bends of creek channels, stick ups, and brushpiles then drop this rig straight down on your target letting it flutter on slack line. As it sinks, gently raise your rod tip occassionally and let it fall back again with the fluttering action. Do this a few time on a likely spot before moving on. This rig is very close to a flick shake but properly sized for a sac-a-lait snack.
  5. I hammer the white perch (crappie) with those wacky rigged on the new gamakatsu 1/16 oz. flat head weighted hook. It has a quiver those perch can't stand along with smaller LMB. The daily limit down here is fifty per day and have limited twice in a week. I wish these hooks came in a 3/8 size for a regular senko so that I can try this rig for bass as well.
  6. I have a Revo STX filled with 14# berkley pro grade 100% florocarbon mouted on a 6'9" MH LTX Carrot Stick. This combo feels great but backlashes severely. It seems that every third cast is a birds nest and does not matter what weight, size, or type of lure that is used, especially if I try to get some distance on a cast. This problem is only evident on this combo because I have no problems casting braid, floro or any type of line with all my other rods and reels. It even backlashes with fairly heavy thumb pressure. Has anyone else had the same difficulty controlling these reels or does it sound like a faulty reels.
