I'm going to Toho next week, for the first time. Has anyone fished there recently that could tell me what the bass are doing. Are they still spawning? Or is it over, maybe a place to start. Also how about a good ramp location. Thanks.

I never received a single reply, maybe nobody fishes Lake Tarpon. I did finally figure them out , caught 11 this morning.

I'm looking for some help finding bass in this lake. I have fished it 4 times this year and have 4 fish to show for my efforts. I'm no rookie, but these florida bass have me stumped. I've seen several OLD beds and some with small buck bass still on them. I'm told the main spawn has not happened yet. I've backed off the bank and fished the outer weed edge with jigs and worms - nadda. In shallow there is so much weed only a scum frog would go thru it, but the bass are not that active yet. How about some help. Thanks.

Has anyone fished Lake Tarpon recently? I fished there today at the start of yet another cold front without much success. Caught 1 fish deep and 1 shallow, could'nt put together a pattern with that. Any help out there?
