This is weekend coming up is spring break and a buddy and i are headed off to the lake! i really want to land some big bass, so im running up to get some stuff from bass pro in a couple days and im clueless to know what will work. The waters is high fourtys low fifty's. so if anybody knows anything good to buy or different jigs to use, i would love that. :)

Last night around 6 o clock me and my buddy just bought are first john which is a 66 starcraft. We where so dang excited that all we could think about was to go ahead and start to work on it. So 8 pm to midnight we sat there and sanded in the 40 degree weather. . sanding is taking forever it seems..we are pretty clue less about everything so far, dont know what kind of paint to use, carpet or what kind of battery to buy, if anyone could help us with any advice it would be greatly appreciated! thanks everyone, hope to have more pictures in, as the weeks to spring get closer and closer o yea and by the end of one night the boat had a total of 7 colors on it. we all think its a record! ;D
