OK , no guesses . The bait is called "The Wind-Up Plug" . Was made in Alabama and never really took off . It has a rubber band in it and when you retrive it would wind up . Let it stop and sit it would go backwards in the water . Here is an easier one .

They were in buisness in the 60's till? The boxes I have , don't have a zip code . The co. also was the first to make the original Rattle Trap . Yes Bill Lewis was a part Owner of Red River Baits . Who made this one ??? Should be easier ...
