    i would say north carolina, because you have so many first rate lakes and a couple of rivers that hold so many fish species. kerr lake, lake gaston,falls lake, jordan lake ,harris lake,lake norman, badin lake,lake tillery,on and on.then theres neuse river, trent river, cape fear river. man what a fishery nc has. don
