If we have any left over 2 cycle lawn mower engine gas we just put it in our car or truck. The ratio for boat gas and lawn mower oil/gas is about the same so just put in in your vehicle.

Every summer I end up replacing the line on my spinning reels 2 to 3 times because of line memory, my question is if fire line is better or what is another type of line that would be better?

I havent tried this method with bass but when I do so pan fishing and a bluegill swallows the hook, I take a skinney stick and put it down the fishes throat, grab the line and stick and spin the stick around and around in tiny circles. Doesn't seem to hurt the fish, because I have released fish after doing this and they were fine.

The question I have is if they landed the pike.

I'm a new person to smallmouth, however I'm going to start hitting the rivers heavy this summer for smallmouth. The question I have is what does everyone prefer to use as bait in the rivers. Lake fishing I like to use soft baits like Gulp and plow jockeys. I also like to use crank baits, what does everyone use?
