I have been to several battery maintenance schools and have been warned a couple of times about certain batteries discharging while stored on a concrete floor. It depends on the battery casing, if it is rubber of plastic, whether it is a sealed battery or not and the acidity of the concrete floor. A hit or miss, but not a good idea to store one directly on the floor in your garage.
I am planning a trip to the Raliegh Durham Triangle Area during the week of March 17-24 2008. I am a novice, but fanatic, Bass angler. I am going to spend some quality time with my son and grandkids. I would love to get them on some good fish.
Does anyone have recommendations for a productive trip? I have been looking at Lake Jordan and Shearon Harris Reservoir. I have a 20' Skeeter with a 200HP. Do I need to worry about a HP limit on any of the lakes in that area?
Will the Bass be in post spawn by then? What baits do they see the most of and what would you reccommend to show them something different? What areas of what lake would be best to focus on?
I would appreciate any advice you could offer.
