  1. Thanks for the advice guys. Based on what has been said so far I am leaning toward the 6'9" M-P. However, I would like to get as much input as possible so anyone else with opinions or information on this matter please post.
  2. Ok so this is my first post and it hasn't taken much reading to figure out you all are probably very tired of hearing about the carrot stix rods. That being said, please bear with me. I do not have the funds to purchase rod/reel combos for every application. I have one baitcasting combo that is primarily a soft plastics setup. I am purchasing another setup that I plan on using for both spinnerbaits AND crankbaits. I know this is a somewhat difficult question, but which carrot stix rod would be the better choice for this application...as close to a "happy medium" for throwing both spinners and cranks as can be expected? To make it a little easier, I have narrowed it down to 2 rods: the 6'9" M parabolic and the 6'9" MH fast. Additional Info: the rod will be paired with a Revo SX (which I have already purchased), and I will probably use the combo slightly more for fishing spinnerbaits than crankbaits. I need some good and fairly quick advice because I will be purchasing the rod from Cabelas using a $20-off coupon (which expires on 3/31). And I am aware that these rods are on backorder but I also have a Cabelas gift certificate so it is worth the wait for me to take advantage of the savings. I apologize for the long post, and thanks in advance for all your help.
