  1. All of my hooks are in a waterproof box with silica gel packets. Works great.
  2. P_rock, you be sure to tell us how they work in the Twin Lakes area. I've been wanting to buy a few for Norfork. I have a couple of Mattlure bluegills and I love them.
  3. Until the middle of the 19th century, it was economically necessary to use smaller panes of glass, which were much more affordable to produce and fabricate into a grid to make large windows and doors. In addition, many considered the division of a window into smaller panes to be more architecturally attractive than use of large panes. 8-)
  4. Long Mike is out of town>>Hence, every is slacking off grammar wise.
  5. That's funny, I don't remember seeing you yesterday. Nice photos Micro. It's good to see that the eagles are making a comeback.

Papa Rock, I'm deeply sorry for your loss. But I know that you and your family will keep her spirit alive during this hard time. -Logan
  7. I like to start out in the back and then force my way to the front. That's my stradegy and I'm sticking to it. :
  8. Our season starts in early April. I'm PUMPED. I've never been scouting for turkey, but I scout deer every year. My dad and I are heading up to the woods to see if we have any flood damage on our cabin. I might try to scout the turkeys. Anybody have any advice?
  9. I hear you loud and clear. I've only been here since June 2006, and this place has exploded. Words can't describe how much Glenn, the mod, all of the members and sponsors contribute to this place.
  10. I WOULD'NT HE IS IN TEXAS YOU KNOW x2 ;D
  11. The site has been "hanging" lately. I'll have to watch out for the ALLSTATE ad.
  12. What? I think you misread. Read it again.
  13. I'm completely safe where I'm at. I live in the flat, farming ground. My area is known as the "sunken land" though. It used to flood pretty bad, (like--put the whole town under water) about 50 years ago before they established a spillway, dams and a levee. The water has never reached the levee in my lifetime, and even if it did, I'm about 5 miles from it, so I'm relatively safe. About 30 miles NW of me starts the "hill country" of the Ozarks. This area has a twisting river system that drains the whole area and is very prone to floods. However, we do have a hunting cabin in Ravenden, AR--which is very near to the Spring River. My father and I are heading up there Tuesday to check everything out.
  14. I love Cards/Cubs games. I've only been to one MLB park, and that's Bush Stadium. Me and my brother--huge Cards fan-- usually head up to St Louis for a few games each year. Gotta love those 7 hour drives.
  15. I don't know what I was thinking when I put Duke into the sweet 16. To me, they are a "skill" team and not an "athletic" team. If they can't hit their 3's, then it's game game over. WV could possible destroy them.
  16. Here are a BUNCH of pics took from North Arkansas/ South Missouri this past few days. I thought you guys in other parts of the country might be intrested. http://www.kait8.com/Global/story.asp?s=8039214
  17. WHAT A MOOK!!!!!!!!!!!! HEY DID YOU DRY OFF YET Yeah, what little flooding we had in my area has returned to normal levels. Went fishing this morning in a watershed, which was extreamly muddy and up about 10 ft. There's still major flooding north of me though.
  18. It's nice to see that you're coming over to the good side (ABU) muddy
  19. The best teacher is experience. I would save my money and ask all of my questions here. Besides, you probably get better answers.
  20. I gotta get mad painting skills. ;D Beautiful work Marty. That silver/blue in the first pic is NICE!
  21. I have the smaller one that holds 4 3700's. It's a good bag. I've had it about 2 years and haven't had any problems with it.
  22. Come on Duke! If they lose I am royally screwed. I'm Logan Schmidt. I used by dad's "Steve" account.
  23. Well I hate all of you. ;D
