  1. ..but are you ready to see OU smash the horns?
  2. Thanks for the video muddy, that was crazy. Did anybody catch the MSU-BAMA game last night? I was "blown away"
  3. My favorite channels are Discovery (all of them), Nat'l Geo, History, and OLN Shows I like to watch: Deadliest Catch Dirty Jobs Human Body: Pushing the Limits (watch this, it's awesome) Mythbusters Smash Lab (It's growing on me) Survivorman (Les>Bear) As far as sports: PTI and Around the Horn Comedy: Scrubs, MASH, Everybody Loves Raymond, and or course Seinfeld. I know I'll take a lot of crap for this, but I HATE South Park :-/
  4. Everything else...of course 8-)
  5. This maybe a little off subject, but I have a question: For those of you that use snaps, do you snap them onto the split ring or take the split rings off and snap directly to the line tie?
  6. This known fact is a spin-off of "Murphy's law" Food sources can go low for squirrels in the winter, and they virtually attach corn feeders. HUNTERS, PROTECT YOUR FEEDERS! Corn is too expensive.
  7. Come on in, you'll like what you see.
  8. Have a fun trip guys. BE SAFE
  9. I've actually had opposite experiences on my home lake. The lake mainly consists of crappie fisherman. Most crappie guys I encounter are usualy older, courteous, and laid back. However, it seems like the bass guys are fishing this small 300 acre lake like it's lake Michigan, flying around full throttle and cutting ahead of you at every point. I had another experience at a different lake last year. This is an ELECTRIC ONLY lake, and I was bank/sight fishing in a very shallow area (less than 3 feet) These two guys came right up by me in a jon boat, I'm talking about like 10 foot from me. Well, they get stuck and decide to fire up their gas engine in the mud, slinging mud everywhere. Needless to say, those idiots ruined my spot and the shirt I was wearing.
  10. What type of squirrel meat does everyone prefer? I like the grays better than a fox squirrel.
  11. i doubt that was a dream. probably just a really bad acid trip "Have you recently had the urge to play the guitar with your teeth?"
  12. Oh man, don't get me started on squirrel hunting. I almost enjoy it as much as I do turkey hunting. The first time I ever went up into a deer stand by myself (I guess I was about 10) I was tormented by these two squirrels. They kept climbing around inside my box stand, which terrified me at that age. Ever since then, I have held a personal grudge against those furry little critters and have been squirrel hunting ever since. I hate cleaning them, but fried squirrel is worth it.
  13. You obviously haven't seen Raul's fishing sanctuary. 8-)
  14. BINGO! This goes for anything in fishing IMHO. Confidence is everything.
  15. I used to tie a triline knot directly to the split ring. I said I would never use snaps, but I'm telling you this a year later and currently using snaps. It's one of the best changes I've ever done.
  16. Thriller will never die!

    ¡Eso es hilarante!
  18. Jerky and Sunflowerseeds. Water to drink. --> Isn't it a crime to put anything on a brat?
  19. I wish I would have kept my N64 :'(
  20. Welcome to the cult brother. I was inducted last year.
  21. Another vote for the polamar knot. I use it on everything except large, treble hook lures.
  22. Basically, how it's fished. A jerk bait is meant to be worked with jerks and pauses. It's true that MOST jerkbaits are "minnow type" lures. Cranks are USUALLY fished at a constant speed and do not give you that "slashing" movement that a jerkbait gives.

There's one reason I never really got into golf: it was just too **** hot! I really don't know how yall stand around out there in the open during summer.
  24. Be respectful, polite, and professional. GOOD LUCK!
