there seems to be a problem with the Strike King site and the American Sport fish sight I was looking at, they have the Gorilla Bass as the Northern strain, And the Tiger Bass as the cross.

I have asked about this fish in my new to site thread and my response was most have not heard of this fish. My closest friend stocked there 60 acre lake 3years ago & are catching a few 6 to 7 pounders, I have caught several 5 1/2 pounders. This supposed to be a really aggressive bass. Just would like to know if anyone else has fished for or heard if this fish. thanks Southern Gent

A good friend of mine stocked his 60 acre lake with F1 tiger bass from American Sport Fish in Montgomery Al. 3 years ago and they are catching 6 to almost 7 pounders out of it. I myself have caught 5.6 pounders. And they fight like all getout. from what I have read hey get huge because of they are so aggressive. did not know if anyone has fished for these.
