    Scarecrow, Kayak in the Mink River / Rowley's bay would be a good bet. I have a friend who fly fishes the mink a lot and gets some really nice fish. If you are in Jacksonport; you can also go accross the peninsula to Fish Creek or Ephrim depending on the wind with your 16'. You can stop at Howies tackle in Sturgeon Bay for anything you may need. I agree that it will be a little more than Gander or Fleet, but they will know what is going on in the area. Good luck and have fun!
