  1. Wondering if anyone has fished any of the lakes or ponds in gilmanton? I checked out crystal lake, but looks alil to big for my 8ft jon boat.
  2. Just lose a lure, while not using it? Lost both of my packs of cabela aqua glow frogs. Tore my place apart looking for them, and no luck >
  3. How big of a lake is it? Fubby lived hear 10yrs,and never fished any of those lakes. Still tryin for the lunkers in silver lake
  4. more so for canoes, not trailers. Tough lil lake, could make a 100 cast in a area,not get a bite, then see a few 3-4lbrs come swimming out from there.
  5. Ever fish silver lake belmont? Good size bass,if ya can get them to bite.lol so crystal,and manning are decent to fish, have 2 see which 1 he wants to try
  6. hey guys, Got out with my brother in law, went to hermit lake today. Were nailing whie the sun was out. He caught 1 that was pretty close to 5lbs. Biggest one ive seen pulled outta there. I lost a pickerl of a lifetime for me,snapped my line about 2 ft from the boat. Next time im bringing my camera. Has anyone fished crystal lake, or manning lake in gilmanton? might hit one of those next week, for some where different
  7. no trailor need for a 8 ft jon boat me and my brother in law, just wanna try some lakes were havent fished yet, not sure if they would be worth going to or not
  8. Do you know if there is a place to launch a small boat? I was thinking of trying either Manning or Crystal lake, All 3 seem pretty close together.
  9. Thnx, i will be going back out wed. night. Just got an order of some poppers, and a few small buzzbaits. Very frustating, because i've actually seen some nice bass swim right by my boat, while working my baits throught the weeds. 1 section ive been working is a real good size section bout 2 feet deep,and nothing but lilly pads with small open sections 2nd section is roughly 5-6 feet deep of thick lily pads, even worked the shore line,and around docks. thnx for the help
  10. Alright guys, I need some serious help. Ive been fishing silver lake in belmont. Have caught 3 nice large mouth all season there. The lake is pretty shallow,and full of lilly pads and weeds. I have thrown everything i have at these bass. Chartreuse senkos oxblood purple senkos june bug 7inch powerbait worms tequila sunris powerbait worms pumpkinseed powerbait worms Electric Grape powerbait worms- 2 bass of these small white spinner small green spinner cabelas 3/16oz top water minow silver blk 3.5 inch- 1 bass rapala j-7 jointed minnow you guys have any sugestion on anything elese i could try??? sorry for the long post, but my nerves are shot!!
  11. Got an 8ft with 30lbs thurst, so much better then standing shoulder to shoulder on the shore. Now just gotta wait for my cabelas order to come in. Anyone from central nh?
  12. Finally caught a couple of large mouth. Used the 7 incher power bait worm.
  13. Man havent caught a bass yet this year been out the 3 sundays
  14. Almost had a good day fishing. Got everything all loaded up. Got to the lake,and it started thundering out. Like to go 1 sunday with out any rain please.
  15. hi new memeber from Laconia here. Lookin for some small ponds in the area, they i could put my 8ft jon boat in.
