    The hoist idea sounds good. I will only be using the 8hp a few times during the year.

    I have a 16' Jon and I am thinking of adding a 8hp 2nd motor in addition to my 20hp for lakes with 10 HP limit. Anyone have a 16' Jon with 2 gas motors?
