  1. I've always had pretty good luck fishing at night. I like to use black buzzbaits, torpedo's, or a black jitterbug. But the more noise the better. Sometimes they won't hit the jitterbug or the torpedo so I throw the buzzbait in with a fast retrieve and they love it (or vice versa). I've also found a triple bladed buzz that works a ton better than the regular's.
  2. I fish the upper potomac from time to time and The smallmouth go crazy with any in -line spinner that has a red tail. I try and stay away from swivels because I have lost a few fish due to them bending or breaking. If I use swivels I buy the owner brand swivel.
  3. Ok fish, just bite the hook and we'll have a little fight and then I'll put you right back. No harm done.

  5. I caught my first big one a few years ago and regretfully had it mounted. I'll never take another bass out of the water for good again. But if i needed something to look at it would definatly be a replica.
  6. I fish a pond thats covered in 1-4 inches of slop. I can hook pretty much anything weedless and just drag it real slow over the slop and stop it sometimes and bass will come right up out of the 4 inches of slop and grab it.
  7. I'd have to say the frog. I like to use a Black rubber minnow hooked weedless with 20 lb. braided line so you don't have to worry about breaking the line on the pads.
  8. A few times a year. I spend lots of gas money to drive to different places just so I don't get skunked.
