  1. I agree,,, > >.... Thats just crazy to me :-? :-?... I noticed that too, and cause me and my wife were looking at the reel program cause i have several that i could upgrade and i read that to her and she said, thats horrible :-/ :-/ :-/... You think they would!!!!
  2. those rods are sweet, man i bet they are super light, and very very sensitive!!!! so can he make me whatever i want, with those blanks.... what blank did you use for those rods... what about the guides, and i guess you tell him what you want it for like (ex.... Shallow 1/4oz cranks) and he will build it to fit that need!!!! i want a whole arsenal, from pitchin to topwater to dropshot..... please tell me more !!!! 8-)
  3. Well lets talk shimano for a second!!! I have 2 old green curado 200's (about 8 years old) and i have 2 citicas ( year old or so) and i will say this they are good reels, tough and solid but they dont make me wanna go buy more ;D LOL!!!!! I also have a couple abu 4600 C3's that still take the beating .... from comparing the bps and shimanos i have... the Bps seem smoother and i like the adjustment outside the reel.. Heck they all catch fish..... as long as they work its fine with me.... I'll just keep them and show people how good they are!!! and just spend the extra money on The St. croix rods or loomis rods :o

  7. I bought 4 Rick Clunn reels when they were on sale for 69$.... Do you think i should take these back and save the money and step up and buy some better reels... But man they sure are smooth, and throw spinnerbaits and cranks and country mile, and the ones i have on my flippin rods are smooth too anyway what would you do?? :-? :-?

I'm wanting to get a few new rods but I have been looking at the St croix LT's but for 220 a rod i could out fit a whole new arsenal and have a bunch of technique specific for that kind of money... 6 x 220.00 = 1320.00.... heck i could get 11-12 100$$ or so rods and really cover some techniques.... LOL!!!!! ;D ;D ;D So what would yall do, i could buy BPS rods !!!! :) help me

  12. i have been looking at the legend tournament rods for sometime now but can decide... Are they really worth the money for the rod.. They sure are light and they look to be real senitive cause my partner uses them and he feels the slightest taps... Shoudl i spend the $$$$ and get rigged out with them!!!! :) Are they better than the carrot stixs??? what would they be equal to in g-loomis rods?? I wanting to redo my whole arsenal.. and have about 6-7 baitcasters rods, 2 spinning combos??? help me figure the actions for each application. Mat punchin, Flippin, Pitchin, topwater/buzzbaits, spinnerbaits, 2 crankin rods (one for shallow and one for deep), frogs, shakey, wacky, dropshot, senkos. And whatever else i missed.......

  14. OK yall, Im fishing the "BFL" this year and I want to pair my rods down to 5 rods as the Co-angler... Please help me with what rods i should take and what i can use them for.... I getting a headache from thinking about this and really need some other opinions..... please give all the help you can!!!! Here are my thoughts:: 7'MH Diawa - Pitchin plastics/Jigs 7'M Bionic Blade - Spinnerbaits/Topwater 7'MH Diawa - Carolina rig/Frogs 6'6"M Crankinstick - Cranks/Flukes/Lipless 6'6"MH . Spinning Combo - Shakey/Senko's/Wacky :-? :-? :-?

  16. Hey fellas, Im wanting to take a little trip and take my dad fishing where his dad took him Which is toledo bend . He hasnt been there in a while and I have only been there once. Does anyone have areas that might be good starting points for us or maybe some lure suggestions, should we fish the banks or creeks\channels, grass lines, pads etc.... Are their any baits or colors that are working better than others right now. :-? :-? and thansk for the help ahead of time 8-)
